But I Have a problem I'm using windows 7 and to change the folder bg image I'm using W7FBC , Can you tell me how to lock the icon position ? because when I quit the folder :

Oh man i got an idea for this imagine a cut out of a tree like the one on purity folders and have very intricate lines and the leave and trunk parts are transparent and form the shape.

Does Mac support transparency I never tried this, is this a fixed image or is that an transparent overlay.

It's a fixed image, requires soms psd work untill it fits perfectly :)
